“Hells Bells” cover by Rick (AC/DC Classic Rock Song)

In this video I’m singing “Hell’s Bells” by AC/DC, one of my favorite rock bands. Singing Hell’s Bells is a lot like driving too fast around a sharp turn in the middle of the night because it’s very hard to control my voice at this high pitch, and you never know where you’ll end up! But I LOVE IT, and I love the band! I’ve sung many AC/DC songs out at bars when I get the inevitable requests, and I’ve recorded several AC/DC videos, which you can also see here on youtube. This video came out kind of dark, because the sun was going in and out of my windows. But it’s a dark song anyway. Anyway, here I am on a break from recording my original songs, and I thought I’d belt out some AC/DC songs just for fun. That’s a karaoke track you hear in the background, but the singing is me, and I’m probably internally bleeding now from singing this song. I know I would have sung it better if I sang it standing up, and singing ACDC songs is about equal to being in a four minute street fight. Thanks for the song requests, stay tuned, and subscribe to my videos!

Joe Cocker With A Little Help From My Friends cover – Gruhak covers best rock songs of all time

Joe Cocker s version of With a Little Help from My Friends is one of the best classic blues rock songs of all time. Cover of Joe Cocker s version of With a Little Help from My Friends was recorded live for our first promo DVD. With a Little Help from My Friends (originally A Little Help from My Friends) was written by Lennon and McCartney for Ringo Starr to sing on Sgt. Pepper album. Joe Cocker s version of With A Little Help From My Friends was a radical re-arrangement of the original, it is slower and in a different key, with a lengthy instrumental introduction featuring guitar lines from Jimmy Page. With A Little Help From My Friends lyrics What would you think if I sang out of tune, Would you stand up and walk out on me? Lend me your ears and I’ll sing you a song And I’ll try not to sing out of key. Oh, I get by with a little help from my friends Mm, I get high with a little help from my friends Mm, gonna try with a little help from my friends What do I do when my love is away (Does it worry you to be alone?) How do I feel by the end of the day, (Are you sad because you’re on your own?) No, I get by with a little help from my friends Mm, I get high with a little help from my friends Mm, gonna try with a little help from my friends Do you need anybody I need somebody to love Could it be anybody I want somebody to love. Would you believe in a love at first sight Yes, I’m certain that it happens all the time What do you see when you turn out the light I can’t tell you

“Back in Black” cover by Rick (AC/DC Classic Rock Song

In this video I’m singing “Back In Black” by AC/DC, one of my favorite rock bands. I’ve sung many AC/DC songs out at bars when I get the inevitable requests. Some people get blown away in person when they hear me sing the first line and hear some kind of voice from hell. It’s not a pretty song, and I’m not a pretty singer. Hope you rock out to it! Anyway, here I am on a break from recording my original songs, and I thought I’d belt out some AC/DC songs just for fun. That’s a karaoke track you hear in the background, but the singing is me, and I’m probably internally bleeding now from singing this song. I know I would have sung it better if I sang it standing up, and singing AC/DC songs is a courageous thing to do. It’s murder on the vocal cords and has probably killed a few men. Thanks for the song requests, stay tuned, and subscribe to my videos!

The Wind Cries Mary – Jimi Hendrix Cover

So called “Classic Rock” radio stations have ruined some songs due to overplaying the same cuts. In spite of this, I still think “The Wind Cries Mary” is one of Jimi’s most beautiful songs. Jimi is most often associated with guitar solos, but this song features some his best rhythm guitar work…often overlooked. Again, I am using a backing track with Jimi’s guitar completely dropped out. Also, there is no echo/reverb in the vocals on the backing track. Very cool. And, by popular demand (not!), I decided to include my face in this video. Peace Love and Happiness to All!
